Located in the central state of Madhya Pradesh, Satpura National Park is believed to be one of India’s best-kept secrets. Characterized by, hilly landscapes, beautiful water bodies, this beautiful, dry deciduous forest covers an area of about 1,500 square kilometres. The Satpura range forms the spectacular backdrop for this tiger reserve.
Satpura National Park has a very diverse ecosystem that enables a lot of different animals and birds to live in. It is also very famous for leopard and sloth bear sightings. There are many jungle lodges to stay but the one we recommend is the Reni Pani Jungle Lodge. This national park, is definitely worth a visit.

Day 1 – Bhopal
Arrive in Bhopal. Spend the day sight-seeing in Bhopal. Bhopal has beautiful museums and a rich history dating back to the time of the Begums.
Day 2
Wake up and leave for Satpura National Park. Enjoy your lunch and leave for the afternoon safari drive. Return to the lodge and enjoy your dinner.

Day 3
Wake up and leave for your morning safari drive /activity. Enjoy your breakfast in the jungle which will be packed for you on the drive /activity. Return to the lodge and rest before your next drive/activity. Enjoy your lunch and leave for the afternoon safari drive/activity. Return to the lodge and enjoy your dinner.

- Sight-seeing in Bhopal can be organised by us as per your request
- The park is open from the 1st of October to the 15th of June every year.
- There are only a limited number of safari permits available. Hence it is advisable to book in well in advance.
- There are a variety of activities for you to choose from besides the regular jeep safari. (details below)
- The Park fees & rules are subject to change without prior notice
- As a government law, a copy of your identification proof will be required to reserve safaris.
- As a government law, you will be required to carry your Original Identification proof during safaris.
- As a government law, only morning safaris will be available on Wednesdays.
