Booking confirmation, payment terms and cancellation charges.
Confirmation of Bookings
- ✓All Payments to be made in the Favour of "RARE TRAVELS"
- ✓Mode of payment accepted are by either Cheque , Demand draft, Online Transfer, Cash or RTGS
- ✓Due to the recent change in government rules & regulations, we will not be able to accept 500 and 1000 Rupee notes.
- ✓The booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of 25% of trip cost (non-refundable)
- ✓50% of the trip cost to be paid 45 days prior to the date of departure
- ✓Balance 25% of the trip cost to be paid 30 days prior to the departure
- ✓The trip will be considered as confirmed only if there is no default in the above payment procedure

Cancellation Policy
In the event of any cancellation by you, the initial deposit paid, shall stand forfeited and further cancellation charges shall be levied as per the following terms:
25%
45 days prior to the date of departure: 25% of the trip cost
50%
44 days to 30 days prior to the date of departure: 50% of trip the cost
100%
29 to 0 days prior to the date of departure: 100% of the trip cost
In case of any Flights / Railway tickets booked through us, the terms and conditions of the Airlines / Railways will be applicable
